  • We strive to take the stress out of saving for the future by contributing to our employees’ 401(k) accounts. There is no match needed. Employees automatically receive 25% of their salary, on top of their salary into their 401(k).

  • We offer 3 different options for health insurance to fit you and your family’s needs. We also offer Dental and Vision insurance plus STD, LTD and Life insurance.

    We are excited to announce our Insurance Betterment Arrangement (IBA) as of July 2023. The IBA is equal to an additional 25% of your salary, on top of your salary. Premiums for Dental, Vision, Medical, STD, LTD and Life will be paid through your IBA. Excess funds will be added to your PTO balance.

  • At BlackSignal, employees receive a minimum of 31 days of paid time off. This allows for an ultimate work life balance. Any excess funds in your IBA will be added to your PTO balance for the year.

    Your unused balance is paid as a bonus at the end of the year

  • All employees receive Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life insurance.
